Flower Power
Sorry for letting you down, but the last week has been so busy since I am studying now.
As I am dealing with economics, politics and journalism at the moment, I attempt to keep my likings balanced with fashion.
Last week, he presented his collection at Paris Fashion Week and - as always- the clothes were really cute. There were kind of girlish cherry-prints and of course his famous drapery. Moreover, Joop focused on an A-line gown, which usually is a very clear and simple design, but with his black and white squares it was too much of a good thing. But maybe, it's also purely a matter of taste.
So, this is his "Wunderkind" collection for Spring 2011:
P.S.: Do you know "Pippi Langstrumpf"? She is a swedish literary character by Astrid Lindgren and she wears exactly the same pair of tights. So, I think Joop got inspired by her :)
Nevertheless, I try to carry on with my blog as long as possible, of course.

Today's article will be about Wolfgang Joop's fashion label "Wunderkind". Maybe you know him - or not.
Regardless of wheter you have already heard of him or not, I want to give som information about him and "Wunderkind"

If I were a boy - I would were Zara.
I really, really love Zara + as my facebook account updated me with the latest Zara fashion trends, I just had to inform you about their new collection. Of course, for men + women. So, this is the new lookbook for October. And it's time for casual looks. For me, the best way to wear fashion in winter. Warm, fluffy and practical. Have a look:

Which outfit do you like best?? If I were a boy, I would wear the first one.

How time flies
Today marks my first week here in Cologne. And I have to admit that I am pretty excited cooncerning my first day at school tomorrow. Okay, of course, it's not my first day at school in general but after having passed my A-levels I had a very long summer break. In addition, I passed the "qualification test" of the Cologne school for Journalism in Politics and Economics in March, which is why tomorrow will be the end of my looong vacation and (hopefully) the start of my journalism career. So, wish me luck for Monday but I think everthing will be fine.
This is also the reason why I have to "prewarn" you. Maybe I cannot post that much articles as I used to but I do my very best to keep you updated.
Nevertheless, I hope that you remain true to me and keep on reading my blog.
See you. ♥

Paris Fashion Week 2011
As you may have noticed, I didn't write much about Paris Fashion Week Summer 2011 yet - due to my moving. But since I want you to be updated I found some runway videos of the French catwalk shows. So, this is Nina Ricci & I really liked what I saw while watching the video the first time. It's very girlie, there are many quillings and draperies which made the models look very fairylike. So cute. In contrary to Rochas, the colours are pretty soft at the beginning. (which conflicts a little with the black/white creations he designed too). But at the end, Nina Ricci's colours do match Rochas' ones more and more. But the houndstooth costume isn't really my favourite but the typical Chanel one doesn't do it for me either. Sorry.
Apart from that, I hope you like the collections as much as I do. Here they are.
